Tagetik Developer (Finance Systems & Reporting)

VIQU are partnering with a leading organisation undergoing a major finance systems transformation, focused on enhancing their Tagetik reporting platform. They are seeking a Tagetik Developer to support the build, configuration, and ongoing development of financial reporting solutions across statutory and regulatory reporting. This is a hands-on technical role working closely with Finance and IT teams to ensure Tagetik delivers accurate, timely, and compliant reporting outputs, while supporting BAU reporting cycles and project-based system enhancements.
Key Responsibilities of the Tagetik Developer
* Develop, configure, and maintain Tagetik applications supporting financial reporting requirements
* Build and deploy Tagetik changes, ensuring proper testing, documentation, and governance compliance
* Support Tagetik Analytical Workspaces, ETL processes, and data load configurations
* Provide system administration support including user access, upgrades, and issue resolution
* Work with Finance and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver reporting solutions
* Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting cycles
* Ensure data accuracy through reconciliation, validation, and issue troubleshooting
* Assist with audit and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with financial controls and ITGC standards
Experience Required of the Tagetik Developer
* 3+ years Tagetik development experience
* Experience with Tagetik Analytical Workspace and ETL/DTP processes
* Strong SQL skills for data validation and troubleshooting
* Financial reporting experience (statutory or regulatory preferred)
* Experience supporting system implementations or change programmes
* Understanding of financial controls and audit requirements (ITGC desirable)
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills across Finance and IT teams
