An exciting opportunity has arisen for 2 HR Administrators to join our professional HR team. These roles will deliver an HR support service to staff and managers across a range of departments. Duties will include advising managers and staff on HRP policies, processes, and procedures; planning, organising, and implementing multiple recruitment campaigns, training events, volunteering enquiries and being part of the administrative support to the HR operation.
You will be expected to provide and develop all necessary administration including offers of employment, arranging the logistics of training events as well as being on site to support on the day of events and running reports, as well as dealing with general HR queries to enable the HR team to successfully deliver a range of services to its customers.
As a key member of the HR team, you will also have the opportunity to be involved in and contribute to a number of projects and initiatives. The ability to seek efficiencies and ensure consistency of approach is key in this busy and demanding role.

Who We Are Looking For
You will have relevant or transferable experience and an interest in HR, as well as excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and organisational skills with a commitment to delivering five-star customer service. IT literacy, accuracy, and attention to detail are essential, as is experience of people management systems.
As an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual, you will enjoy the challenge of using your initiative to prioritise and plan for the demands of a heavy workload within a fast-paced and changing environment.
