Site Manager - Fit‑Out Projects (North West)
About the Role

You'll oversee schemes across the NHS, education, and wider healthcare sectors, ensuring each project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
Managing day‑to‑day site operations to ensure smooth project delivery
Coordinating subcontractors and suppliers to maintain programme and quality
Ensuring full compliance with health & safety standards across all activities
Overseeing fit‑out works on projects ranging from £50,000 to £1M
Liaising with clients and stakeholders within NHS, education, and healthcare environments
Maintaining accurate site documentation including RAMS, reports, and progress updates
Essential Requirements
SMSTS certification
Valid First Aid qualification
Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering fit‑out projects
Background in healthcare or education environments
Experience on JCT and NEC Contracts
Full UK driving licence (all work is within the North West)
