UCFB are looking to appoint a Senior Academic Quality Manager - (Maternity cover January 2026 start date)
The role of the Senior Academic Quality Manager is a key one, whose purpose is to assist and support UCFB to maintain high academic quality standards whilst, at the same time support the Institution as it undergoes a period of considerable operational and strategic change.
* Working in collaboration with the Senior Academic Quality Managers to deputise as appropriate for the Head of Academic Quality.
* Both manage and contribute to the day-to-day delivery of Academic Quality Team services ensuring a high quality and effective service level is maintained throughout the academic cycle.
* Maintain, update and develop UCFB's academic quality-orientated policies and procedures and develop associated process flows and quick guides, ensuring that they remain reflective of current practice and ratified for use by the validating institution and UCFB's Academic Board.
* Act as the liaison with the Student Administration Department in respect of data required to support internal and external reporting obligations.
