Your Role
As a Site Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring that projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget, all while maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction. You will be part of a collaborative team focused on delivering multiple projects within a secure facility, with an emphasis on detail. Knowledge in M&E would be advantageous for our initial projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage site activities to ensure work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality.
* Maintain comprehensive site records and ensure compliance with health and safety procedures.
* Build positive relationships with clients and stakeholders, liaising with client SMEs to ensure compliance.
* Support procurement functions in selecting sub-contractors and provide performance feedback.
* Nurture and develop your team to create an inclusive workplace where diversity is encouraged.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if:
* You have previous Site Management experience with a proven track record of successfully managing projects.
* You enjoy collaboration and building relationships with colleagues and clients.
* You possess excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
* You’re comfortable working in a secure environment (SC Clearance level preferable, but we can arrange clearances).
* You hold a full driving license and are a UK/British Passport holder.
