We have taken a new role for a Sales Executive, joining a growing organisation in the heart of Hanley. Reporting into the sales manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships and increasing sales.
Daily duties will consist of:
* Producing quotations for services
* Handling calls, emails and web enquiries
* Managing your own clients’ requirements, upselling where possible
* Offering suggestions to increase revenue
* Attend sales and marketing meetings and occasional site visits
* Keep the CRM database up to date and accurate
* Liaise with other internal departments to ensure orders can be fulfilled in a timely manner
We are seeking a candidate who has previous sales experience, the ability to liaise with customers face to face and over the telephone, a self-motivated approach and the ability to successfully work as part of a team.
