We are excited to be opening our new store in Keswick, Cumbria
You will join our family business that design, make and retail high-end apparel and lifestyle products using the finest Blueberry organic cotton, premium Blueberry leather and natural stones.
You will be a brand ambassador, at the heart of our success, responsible for providing a world-class, personal customer service, demonstrating exceptional product knowledge (after training), and building enduring quality customer relationships. The key to your success is the ability to interact with customers in an engaging and sincere manner converting browsers to buyers; therefore strong communication skills are key.
It goes without saying that you will keep the boutique immaculately clean and tidy, maintain regular stock takes, take a positive approach to problem solving and demonstrate the ability to convert interest into sales.
We are a high-end designer brand and therefore you will present yourself and conduct yourself in a manner appropriate to represent this environment.
Previous experience of working in a sales environment is beneficial but not essential full training will be given. An understanding of design and fabrics is also desirable but absolutely NOT essential.
The role will be 2 days per week on a rota but fixed days will be considered. There may be an opportunity to increase your days based on footfall over the busiest periods of the season.
