As a MINI Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing client relationships. This role requires a proactive approach to upselling and an aptitude for using sales management software effectively.
Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Identify new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
* Conduct presentations and product demonstrations.
* Utilise upselling techniques to maximise sales potential during client interactions.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using sales management software.
* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
* Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential challenges and opportunities.
Experience
* Proven vehicle sales experience, with a track record of achieving targets is essential.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette.
* Familiarity with sales management software is an advantage, along with the ability to adapt quickly to new technologies.
* A proactive attitude towards learning and personal development in the field of sales is encouraged.
