Bell Cornwall Recruitment are searching for an HR Manager to join a well-established, family-run electrical apprenticeship provider.
The Role:
1. The main point of contact for employees for all HR matters
2. Managing on boarding, inductions and recruitment support
3. Organising appraisals and regular staff catch-ups
4. Supporting training and development planning
5. Handling HR administration (records, right-to-work checks, filing, updates)
6. Bringing fresh ideas and practical improvements to our HR processes
The Ideal Candidate:
7. CIPD Level 3 Minimum
8. HR Manager experience within a small, construction or family-run business
9. Someone comfortable being the HR presence in the office
10. Looking for a part-time role
11. Confident handling disciplinaries and absence management
12. Organised, proactive and people-focused
