We are delighted to be working with this wonderful specialist travel company based in Surrey who are seeking a HR Manager to join their team on a part time basis.
As HR Manager you will be responsible for supervising all HR departmental functions, supporting the recruitment function, executing training programs and overseeing the entire employee lifecycle. You will play an important role in creating a positive people culture and strong customer service ethos within the business, in line with our brand values.
Minimum 3 years experience of HR, recruitment and training is essential to be considered for this role.
The role:
* Overseeing essential HR departmental aspects such as employee relations, HR administration, internal recruitment, enhancing employee engagement and inductions
* Supporting line managers with managing disciplines, grievances, absence and sickness
* Ensuring staff records are maintained in the internal HR system
* Coordinating the monthly wellbeing newsletter
* Being the initial point of contact for newcomers joining the company and for hiring managers
* Handling any disciplinary processes and formal grievances
* Staying abreast of HR best practice and employment law
You will have:
1. Minimum 3 years HR, recruitment and training experience
