Randstad CPE is looking to onboard Site Managers in Berkshire to support residential new: builds
* Job Title: Site Manager : New Build Residential
* Location: Reading / Bracknell, Berkshire (Site:based)
* Pay: GBP200.00 : GBP250.00 per day
* Contract: Temp
About the Role
You will take the responsibility of a medium to large:scale development in the area, ensuring exceptional standards of quality, safety, and project delivery, on high:quality new build homes and communities across Berkshire.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee all daily site operations, coordinating sub:contractors, trades, and site personnel.
* Ensure strict adherence to all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) legislation, company policies, and quality control procedures.
* Manage the project build programme, monitoring progress against the timeline and budget, and proactively addressing any issues.
* Conduct regular site inductions, tool:box talks, and safety inspections.
* Maintain accurate site records, documentation, and progress reports for the Project Manager/Contracts Manager.
* Liaise effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
Required Qualifications and Experience
* Proven experience (minimum 3+ years as a Site Manager on high:volume residential new build housing or apartment schemes in the UK.
* Valid SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid at Work certification.
* Strong knowledge of UK building regulations, quality assurance processes, and construction methodologies.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
