We are recruiting a Catering Manager to join our team at our Trinity House, Coleraine site – a great opportunity to join a world‑leading facilities management company.


Working Pattern

* 40 hours per week
* 5 out of 7 working days
* 7:30am – 5pm
* Must have weekend flexibility
* One weekend on, one weekend off

The Role

* Ensure all food is prepared and cooked to an exceptional standard, adhering to HACCP regulations.
* Ensure the team provides the highest level of customer service.
* Work as part of the team to deliver service on time and to the highest possible standard.
* Complete any administration as requested.
* Complete bookkeeping procedures in line with company requirements.
* Report defective equipment and floor surfaces to the relevant Head Office department.
* Manage the team effectively to ensure all service areas are fully stocked.
* Manage the unit efficiently and effectively, ensuring all gross profit targets are met.
* Manage all aspects of hospitality catering.
* Induct, train and appraise employees as per company procedures.
* Ensure all Health, Safety and Hygiene policies and procedures are adhered to.
* Comply with HACCP regulations as necessary.


The Person

* Previous experience working within a fast‑paced catering/hospitality environment.
* Demonstrable knowledge of HACCP.
* Previous management/supervisory experience.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Previous experience working in a contract catering environment.
* NVQ Level 2 & 3 or City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or above.
* Basic statutory training: candidates must have basic reading, writing, speaking and listening skills to understand safety and work instructions and communicate with customers on a day‑to‑day basis.
