The Role Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Cook to join their team. If you have experience, they want to hear from you! Requirements: Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen. Excellent culinary skills with the ability to prepare a wide range of dishes. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in food presentation. A passion for cooking and creating innovative meal options for customers. Food Safety Level 2 or 3, with a willingness to take more training. At least 1 years' experience as a Cook. Duties: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards. Assist in the development of new menu items, ensuring creativity and seasonal relevance. Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen at all times. Oversee kitchen operations, including inventory management and ordering supplies as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient meal preparation and service. Train and mentor junior kitchen staff in food preparation techniques and safety practices. Monitor food quality during preparation and presentation, ensuring consistency across all dishes. Assist with special events or catering services as required.
