Duties
* Identify new business opportunities through research in assigned areas.
* Assist walk‑in customers, handle phone inquiries, and support wholesale clients with professionalism.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues across departments.
* Oversee the full sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
* Promote sales campaigns to meet or exceed targets.
* Manage the showroom environment, ensuring a professional presentation.
* Deliver first‑class vehicle handovers and record customer satisfaction levels.
* Develop and reinforce relationships with existing clients while attracting new prospects.
* Handle sales contracts, making any necessary amendments efficiently.
* Maintain accurate records within the customer database.
* Implement strategic plans to grow sales and support organisational objectives.
Requirements
* Extensive experience in commercial vehicle sales or a similar automotive sales/rental background.
* Reside within reasonable commuting distance of Oxford.
* Smart appearance, excellent communication skills, and resilience.
* Strong organisational skills, IT literate, and highly motivated to achieve KPIs under pressure.
* A valid UK driving licence.
