Site Manager / Site Agent required for the Didcot region on a groundworks package for a new school
Duties:
•Full site management role
•Daily site set up
•Health and Safety paperwork
•Hiring / Off Hiring Kit
•Managing materials
•Ensuring the successful running of the site
•Putting the men and the machines to work each day
•Ensuring program is maintained

Site Manager / Site Agent required for a Civil Engineering and Groundworks contracting business, £30m turnover looking after Commercial Groundworks and associated Civil Engineering only
The Project / Site: New Supermarket Groundworks package
•Bulk excavation and any ground remediation
•Ground beams and floor slabs
•Drainage Installation
•Attenuation tank
•Pile caps and Foundations
•Concrete Yards and Concrete Floors
•Retaining walls
•External works and Hard landscaping
