Sales Executive - New Year, New Career!
Full time, Permanent
Salary: £24,000 per annum (up to £28,800 OTE) + Citroen Berlingo van + Incentives
Working: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Territory: Bexleyheath, Gravesend, Orpington, Greenwich, Dartford, Lewisham and surrounds

This is a perfect role for graduates or career changers eager to gain hands-on experience in field sales, marketing, and FMCG.
What You’ll Do
1. Represent Molson Coors (beer & beverages) and Haribo (confectionery)
2. Visit independent and convenience stores across your territory
3. Build strong relationships with store teams and owners
4. Promote products, create eye-catching displays, and drive sales
5. Support stock levels, visibility, and store engagement
6. Share best practices and collaborate with a supportive team
What We're Looking For
This role is ideal for a recent graduate or career changer looking to break into sales, FMCG, or field marketing.

7. Strong communication and people skills
8. Confidence in building relationships
9. Motivation, organisation, and a target-driven mindset
10. A passion for learning and growing in a sales career
11. A full UK driving licence for 12+ months (essential – van provided)

12. £24,000 per annum + 20% KPI-based bonus opportunity (up to £28,800 OTE)
