Recruit 121 is looking for an experienced Data Architect to lead the assessment and redesign of our enterprise data landscape, ensuring seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) — and evaluating the adoption of SAP Datasphere for advanced data management and analytics.
In this pivotal role, you’ll drive the future of data architecture, enabling unified, governed, and insight-ready data for strategic decision-making.
What You’ll Do
* Assess the current data landscape — analyse data sources, ingestion processes, and identify gaps in automation and standardization.
* Define integration strategies for S/4HANA and SAC, including source-to-target mappings, validation logic, and harmonization approaches (ETL/MDH).
* Evaluate data readiness across actuarial, investment, and policy administration domains, and develop readiness scorecards.
* Assess SAP Datasphere for unified data access, governance, and enhanced decision-making capabilities.
* Ensure compliance with Solvency II, ORSA, AML, and internal governance standards.
* Deliver clear documentation including functional specs, data architecture diagrams, and an automation roadmap.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, and Master Data Hub (MDH).
* Expertise in ETL tools, APIs, and data integration frameworks.
* Strong data modelling and architecture design skills.
* Understanding of insurance industry data (actuarial, investment, policy administration).
* Familiarity with regulatory requirements (Solvency II, ORSA, AML).
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to thrive in a multi-vendor, cross-functional environment.
