Examples of the tasks you will undertake are: Working with the Learning & Development team to arrange and book training courses with external providers using an in-house system. Setting up and managing training providers. Raising Purchase Orders. Maintaining spreadsheets. Inputting, processingand maintaining data on our systems. Maintainingconsistent HR records, ensuring accuracy of information in line with Data Protection requirements. Monitoringfixed term contracts and contract staff end dates. Respondingto requests forwork experience placements. Responding to requests for references. Accurately producingand distributingwritten communications,egletters, reference requests, emails etc. Working on sickness, annual leave and probation records Basic analysis and reporting on data using Excel spreadsheets. Electronically filing all relevant paperwork in appropriate location/file format. Undertakingany reasonable activity in line with the requirements of the role. Producing and manipulating reports Choosing the right person is important to us. The right candidate will need: A proactive approach. Previous administrativeexperience. To be able to understand, interpret and communicate issues to customers and stakeholders. Strong written and verbal communication skills. To be able to work with minimal supervision and manage own workload. Strong attention to detail. A high level of customer awareness and commitment to deliver a high standard of service. To be computer literate with good knowledge of relevant software packages including intermediate skills in Word, Excel and Outlook. An interest in systems and databases.
