Working closely with the Head Chef, you will help deliver a varied, balanced menu that supports the health and wellbeing of every resident. You will take ownership of the kitchen when needed, ensuring meals are prepared to a high standard and that food hygiene and safety protocols are consistently maintained.You will also be responsible for managing kitchen operations, including monitoring stock, maintaining food safety records, and supporting kitchen cleanliness.
