Vertu CUPRA Derby We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join the team at Vertu CUPRA Derby. This is an exciting opportunity to represent one of the most forward‑thinking and design‑driven automotive brands in Europe. SEAT is known for its sporty styling, cutting‑edge technology, and exceptional value — a brand that continues to grow in popularity across the UK thanks to its dynamic performance and youthful energy. This role offers a basic salary of £22,000, with the potential to earn substantial commission, giving you the opportunity to achieve well above our on‑target earnings of £45,000. Alongside excellent earning potential, we are committed to providing a genuine work‑life balance. You will work a 40‑hour week across five 8‑hour shifts, including most Saturdays — our busiest sales day — with a guaranteed day off during the week. We are also closed every Sunday, giving you a consistent day to relax, recharge, and enjoy time away from work. As part of our team, you’ll represent a prestigious automotive brand known for quality and innovation, offering customers a premium experience every step of the way. You’ll receive full training and a thorough onboarding program to help you succeed and maximize your earning potential. As a Sales Executive, you'll guide customers through a seamless and enjoyable car buying experience, from the first point of contact to the final handshake, you'll be responsible for organizing the end-to-end customer journey.
