We are currently recruiting for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to join the business on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a standout opportunity to become the first dedicated HR hire, working closely with the senior leadership team to shape and build the HR function from the ground up. As the business undergoes an exciting phase of transformation and growth, this role will be instrumental in developing a people strategy that supports long-term success and fosters a high-performance culture. Key Responsibilities: * Establish and embed a fit-for-purpose HR function, designing and implementing processes, policies, and systems. * Act as a trusted adviser to senior leaders and managers on all HR matters, including employee relations, performance, engagement, and organisational design. * Develop and manage essential HR infrastructure—contracts, onboarding/offboarding, handbooks, performance frameworks, and more. * Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition efforts, supporting the attraction and retention of top talent. * Drive change initiatives related to organisational design, digital transformation, and operational scalability. * Select and implement HR technology (e.g. HRIS), improving reporting and data-driven decision-making. * Foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture aligned with company values. * Ensure full compliance with UK employment law and deliver pragmatic HR advice and solutions. What We’re Looking For: * Proven experience in a generalist HR Manager role, ideally within a professional services * Strong knowledge of UK employment law, HR best practices, and experience managing organisational change. * Background in standalone HR roles and/or setting up new HR functions is highly desirable. * Commercially aware, adaptable, and confident operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment. * Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders. * Experience working with HR systems (HRIS) and using data to support HR strategy. * CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent experience) preferred.
