The impact you have in this role
As a Sales Executive for the Commercial Branding & Transportation Division within the Graphic Market business, you will collaborate with innovative and diverse teams worldwide.
Here, You Will Make An Impact By
* Generating sales and penetrating 3M products including printable films, coloured films, over-laminates, surface finishes and glass finishes.
* Delivering ownership of a defined sales quota.
* Meeting key performance indicators.
* Engaging regularly with sales management, marketing, and technical support.
* Managing a defined geographic territory of customers/accounts.
Your Skills And Expertise
To set you up for success from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet the following minimum requirements:
* Strong sales experience, preferably selling B2B via distribution/channel partners.
* Strong collaboration skills.
* Team player with high energy.
* Performance-oriented with a strong drive for success.
* Self‑motivated and driven to achieve exceptional results.
* Proven record of success.
* Bachelor’s degree – preferred but not essential.
Additional experience/qualifications that could help you succeed even further include:
* Graphic Market industry experience.
* Graphic product knowledge and/or sales experience.
* Experience working in a corporate matrix environment.
Job Specifics
* Sales Territory – field‑based position covering Northern England & Scotland.
* Ideal candidate location – Leeds, York, Harrogate, but other locations north of Leicester will be considered.
