As our business continues to grow, we're looking for passionate, creative, and customer-focused individuals to join our sales teams and play a key role in representing the lifestyle and values of Maguires.
About the Role
We're seeking a Sales Executive who will combine creativity with customer service excellence. You'll be responsible for selling and upgrading holiday and residential homes, while showcasing the unique charm of each park through compelling content and engaging digital presence. You'll also act as a friendly guide for potential customers through their purchase journey—building relationships that last long after the sale.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Content Creation
* Manage and grow social media accounts (Facebook, Marketplace, and owners' groups).
* Capture and create engaging photo/video content to highlight available homes and the park lifestyle.
* Generate and follow up on leads through social channels and prospecting calls.
* Prepare and present show homes for marketing and customer appointments.
* Keep website listings up to date with accurate details and pricing.
* Host sale appointments and events.
Customer Engagement & Relationship Building
* Act as the first point of contact for sales and upgrade enquiries.
* Respond promptly and professionally to enquiries via face-to-face, phone, email, and social media.
* Participate actively in owners' groups and build lasting rapport with customers.
* Deliver an exceptional customer journey—ideally ending with a glowing 5-star review.
CRM & Sales Administration
* Maintain detailed, accurate records in the CRM system.
* Ensure timely completion of all sales documentation.
* Track customer progress through the sales pipeline.
Brand & Expertise
* Represent Maguires with pride and professionalism across all platforms.
* Stay informed on the latest trends in social media, lifestyle marketing, and the holiday home industry.
* Collaborate with internal teams and use external resources (e.g., BH&HPA) to continually develop your knowledge.
What We're Looking For
* Experience in sales, customer service and social media marketing.
* A confident content creator with a strong eye for photography, video and storytelling.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Confidence with digital platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Marketplace.
* Self-motivated, well-organised, and able to manage your time effectively.
* Personable, approachable, and able to build strong relationships.
* Comfortable working independently and within a team.

Working Hours
Contracted to 41.25 hours per week which is worked on a 2 week cycle of:
* Week 1: 5 days
* Week 2: 6 days
Working days are 9-5pm, with a 30 min lunch break.
Bonus Scheme
Available for this role based on sales volumes.
Driving Licence
Required.
