Our client is an ambitious and well-regarded professional services company seeking a Senior HR Manager to drive HR strategy and oversee its implementation. The role involves acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, aligning HR practices with business goals, and fostering a high-performance culture. Key responsibilities include:
1. Strategic Leadership: Partner with senior leadership, develop HR strategies, advise on talent management, and support organizational growth.
2. Employee Relations & Performance Management: Lead employee relations cases, advise on performance strategies, and implement engagement programs.
3. Talent Acquisition & Succession Planning: Oversee recruitment, manage talent pipelines, and guide leadership development.
4. Learning & Development: Develop L&D strategies, champion leadership programs, and evaluate training effectiveness.
5. HR Systems & Processes: Optimize HR systems, implement metrics, and ensure system accuracy.
6. Policy Development & Compliance: Lead policy development, ensure legal compliance, and stay updated on industry trends.
7. Change Management: Lead organizational change initiatives, manage culture change, and support leadership during transitions.
8. People Development & Coaching: Mentor HR team members and provide coaching to leaders.
9. Employee Benefits & Wellness: Oversee benefits programs, design recognition initiatives, and align HR strategy with business goals.
The ideal candidate will have CIPD Level 7 qualification, extensive HR leadership experience, proficiency with HR systems like Sage, and strong strategic and communication skills. The role requires EU work permit and is based in Guildford, UK.
