Sales Executive - Aldershot
£18,000 - £26,000 per annum DOE
Commission: Uncapped (realistic OTE £5,000–£7,500+ once established)

You’ll be responsible for generating revenue by connecting local businesses with impactful advertising opportunities across a growing digital network.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of new business development and relationship management, with the chance to build a strong client portfolio while developing commercially valuable skills.

Key Responsibilities:
* Achieve and exceed individual sales targets
* Identify and win new business opportunities within the local market
* Manage and grow existing client relationships
* Promote a range of advertising solutions and maximise revenue opportunities
* Conduct outbound calls and generate high-quality client meetings
* Build strong relationships with business owners and marketing decision-makers
* Maintain accurate records and manage your pipeline effectively
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery
* Represent the business professionally at all times
Experience and Skills Requirements:
* High energy, driven, and target-focused mindset
* Confident communicator, both over the phone and face-to-face
* Strong interest in media, marketing, or advertising
* Self-motivated with a proactive approach to winning business
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Natural relationship-builder with a consultative sales style
* Ability to balance new business development with account management
* Previous sales experience is beneficial but not essential
