Thrive Group are recruiting for an experienced Quality Manager to join a well-established structural steel manufacturing business in Hull. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving quality strategy, maintaining ISO 9001 and EN 1090 (CA1090) compliance, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement across the organisation.
The Role
* Lead and develop the Quality Management System (QMS)
* Manage internal & external audits
* Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 & EN 1090
* Drive KPI performance, root cause analysis & CAPA
* Oversee welding standards, traceability & CE/UKCA marking
* Lead and develop the Quality team
* Champion safety and operational excellence
About You
* Proven senior quality leadership experience (steel/manufacturing environment preferred)
* Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 & EN 1090
* Audit management experience
* Confident leader with strong problem-solving skills
