Role Details:
As the Quality Manager, you will be the cornerstone of our commitment to excellence. You’ll lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our quality management systems, ensuring that every product, process, and service meets the highest standards of compliance, safety, and customer satisfaction.
This role demands a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, someone who can inspire teams, influence stakeholders, and embed a culture of quality throughout the organisation. From audits and root cause analysis to supplier performance and regulatory alignment, you’ll be the go-to expert for all things quality.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as a single point of contact for Quality within the Organisation.
* Oversee and maintain the Integrated Management System.
* Develop and implement quality management plans, objectives and performance measures.
* Conduct internal audits, supplier audits and management reviews.
* Support Life Cycle Management (LCM) reviews and ensure compliance with approving authorities.
* Lead QA/QC activities and ensure quality requirements are embedded in contracts.
* Manage supply chain quality, including ender reviews and factory acceptance testing.
* Monitor product verification activities and liaise with Government Quality Assurance Representatives.
* Provide qualified personnel for NEC4 Supervisor roles on behalf of the client.
* Report directly to the quality Director.
Key Requirements:
* Deep knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and integrated management systems.
* 10+ years in quality Management, including QA/QC.
* 5+ years in client side quality leadership, especially in supply chain management.
* Familiarity with nuclear compliance
* Certified Lead Auditor
* Strong IT proficiency (Word, Excel, SharePoint).
* Professional membership in a relevant discipline
* Excellent technical report writing skills
* Must hold a Full UK Driving Licence.
