SITE MANAGER AVONMOUTH, BRISTOL 12 MONTH CONTRACT We are currently recruiting for a Site Manager with a background in civil engineering, to work as part of the delivery team on a Sewage Treatment Works near Bristol. This is a liming contract and works comprise of demolition & kiosk removal, new conveyor plant and RC structures. The Site Manager will report to the Project Manager and work alongside the M&E Supervisor. Applicants must put a strong emphasis on site safety and must have experience of the safe and timely delivery or civil engineering projects within the water/wastewater sector. Reporting to the Project Manager, duties include but are not limited to; Managing a site team Management of subcontractors Delivering works, ensuring the highest level of safety at all times Controlling safety, quality & environmental activities Writing & reviewing RAMS Client interface Progress reporting Signing off permits for confined space Checking and signing off temporary works Qualifications/skills: HND/BEng in Civil Engineering or by experience SMSTS CSCS Biogas and compEx knowledge would be advantageous but not a necessity About Trant: Trant Engineering has a long history of engineering and construction excellence, delivering high quality EPC engineering and construction services throughout the UK and overseas.
