Job Title: Site Manager
Location: East Midlands, Nottinghamshire, Nottingham
Job Type: Permanent, expected to work Full-Time hours Monday to Friday
Primary Industry: Construction - New build housing
Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 Per annum

A Quality focused developer is looking for an experienced Site Manager in Newark, Nottingham.
Job Duties:
Oversee and manage construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and construction workers
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site
Monitor and report on progress to project stakeholders
Manage site logistics, including materials, equipment, and manpower
Required Qualifications:
SMSTS qualification
CSCS certification
First Aid certification
Valid Driving Licence
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Site Manager on a high volume housing site.
Track record of delivering high quality sites.
Knowledge and Skills:
Strong understanding of traditional new build housing
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
Good problem-solving abilities
Working Conditions:
Primarily on-site work at construction sites
May require travel to different project locations
Work may involve exposure to various weather conditions
