I am recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join our well-established client, a regional contractor who deliver a diverse range projects across affordable housing, education, commercial, and industrial sectors
You will be responsible for overseeing a new build affordable housing development in West Yorkshire, ensuring that all works are completed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and programme.
Reporting directly to the Senior Site Manager, you will coordinate various trades and resources, liaise with clients and stakeholders, and maintain meticulous site management practices to ensure smooth project delivery.
The ideal candidate will have;
A proven track record of successfully delivering new build affordable housing projects
Have strong leadership and organisational skills to coordinate site teams effectively
Excellent understanding of building regulations, health & safety standards, and quality control
Ability to liaise confidently with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
Stable work history indicating reliability and dedication to project delivery
CSCS card and relevant health and safety certifications
