Your New Role
1. As a Site Manager, you will be part of our electricity transmission construction team delivering Scottish Power projects from 33kV to 400kV. This involves refurbishing existing and building new substations, both AIS and GIS.
2. Manage daily site operations, including site operatives, subcontractors, and work activities.
3. Develop and implement safety documentation such as construction phase plans, site quality plans, risk assessments, and method statements.
4. Occasionally chair coordination meetings.
5. Plan and programme current and future works.
6. Assist commissioning engineers with occasional panel modifications.
