What you'll be doing
* Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead end-to-end hiring for technical and non-technical roles, including sourcing, onboarding, and candidate experience.
* Inclusive Hiring & EDI: Champion inclusive recruitment by minimising bias, promoting diverse shortlists, and supporting broader EDI initiatives.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to align recruitment plans with organisational needs, while managing secondments and early career programs.
* Strategic Talent Management: Build proactive talent pipelines, oversee hiring costs, and integrate market insights into recruitment strategies.
* Leadership & Culture: Model values and behaviours, prioritise health and safety, and embrace innovation and cost-conscious decision-making.
Main skills
* Demonstrated success in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, preferably within the public sector or complex, safety-critical industries
* Skilled in developing and maintaining robust candidate pipelines across a variety of roles and seniority levels.
* Strong capability in sourcing, evaluating, and engaging talent for both technical and non-technical positions through direct sourcing methods, job boards, and industry-specific networks.
* Thorough understanding of inclusive recruitment strategies, with a strong commitment to advancing equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) in hiring practices.
* Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) with keen attention to maintaining accurate data records.
