Telesales Executive / Sales Executive (B2B)
Up to £28k basic + uncapped commission | £35k OTE year one
Enfield | Office-based | Monday–Friday
A rare opportunity to join an established and well-respected UK business services provider delivering IT, telecoms, mobile and security solutions to commercial clients across the UK.
With over 30 years of success, this business offers stability, strong leadership and a genuinely supportive sales environment. They are now looking for a driven, resilient Telesales Executive to focus on booking qualified meetings for the Sales Manager to close.
The Role
This is a varied, hands-on telesales position with real scope to grow.
* Around 70% of your time will be spent on high-quality outbound cold calling, booking qualified meetings
* The remaining 30% will involve outbound marketing activity, including LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, e-shots and mail shots
* You’ll work 1-to-1 with the Sales Manager, learning objection handling, sales strategy and best practice directly from someone who actively closes deals
The business values attitude over experience. Telephone sales experience is desirable, but they are far more interested in someone with drive, resilience and the hunger to succeed.
