The Role
We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive – New Lifts to lead the sale of lift and escalator solutions across the Southern region. This is a high-impact role for a commercially astute sales professional who excels in complex, consultative sales environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Driving new business growth through strategic prospecting and consultative selling
* Managing the full sales lifecycle from enquiry to contract award
* Leading proposals, tenders, and commercial negotiations
* Building senior-level client relationships and developing key accounts
* Maintaining accurate pipeline management, reporting, and forecasting
* Developing deep product, market, and competitor knowledge
* Providing market intelligence and feedback to support regional strategy
Requirements
* Proven experience in senior technical sales within construction or the lift industry
* Strong record of winning complex, specification-led projects
* Commercially astute with strong negotiation skills
* Highly organised and able to work autonomously
* A-level or equivalent education; technical or business degree advantageous
* Commission
* 25 days holiday (rising to 30 days with service) + 8 days Bank Hols
* Pension (Company contributions rising with service)
