Position Overview:
Brand new role to provide Power Platform-based custom solutions for clients using our DaaS service. Please note that due to the nature of the work to be undertaken, applicants must have been living continuously in the UK for the last 5 years to be considered.
Responsibilities:
* Propose viable solutions based on best practices guideline from Microsoft.
* Provide accurate estimates and breakdown
* Deliver custom solutions within the agreed timeline
* Produce quality low code solution (no major bugs on completion)
* Communicate well via emails or client calls (e.g. solution demos)
* Deliver quality documentation / handover session to enable BAU engineers to support the custom solutions
Qualifications & Experience:
Must-have skills:
* Power Platform Expertise: Demonstrable hands-on commercial experience developing deployable solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
* Data Modelling: Strong understanding of data structures and modelling using Microsoft Dataverse or SharePoint Lists.
* Integration Skills: Proven experience connecting to external systems via REST APIs and building/managing custom connectors.
* Security & Governance: Solid grasp of role-based security models and environment governance within the Power Platform ecosystem.
* Communication: Excellent client-facing and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.
Desirable Skills:
* Experience with Power Platform Pipelines and service principals for ALM and deployment automation.
* Ability to extend platform capabilities using Power FX, JavaScript, and PCF components.
* Familiarity with Copilot Studio for building conversational AI experiences.
* Experience developing with Power Pages for secure, low-code websites.
* Exposure to Microsoft Fabric for data integration and analytics.
* Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and administration tasks.
* SharePoint administration and development experience.
* Holding or working towards the Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400) certification.

The budgeted salary for this role is between 50,000 – 60,000 GBP

Hybrid working:
