Your new role
As a Site Manager, you will take the lead on a variety ofmercial construction projects across Northern Ireland. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Your duties will include:
1. Coordinating and supervising on-site teams and subcontractors
2. Managing project timelines, resources, and budgets
3. Ensuringpliance with health and safety regulations
4. Liaising with clients, architects, and consultants
5. Reporting progress to senior management
6. Maintaining accurate site records and documentation
What you'll need to succeed
To thrive in this role, you should have:
7. Proven experience as a Site Manager inmercial construction
8. Strong knowledge of building methods, materials, and regulations
9. Excellent leadership andmunication skills
10. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines
11. A valid CSR/CSCS card and relevant site management qualifications (, SMSTS)
