The Role
* Generate leads to convert into new members
* Conduct tours of the health club to prospective members
* Complete follow up calls to prospective members
* Membership system administration including direct debit rejection calls, annual renewals and general enquiries
* Follow all membership joining and administration tasks to a high standard, ensuring attention to detail
