Geely & Ford Leeds
Contract Type: Permanent, full time. Salary: OTE up to £50,000 per annum plus company car (including £25,000 basic plus uncapped commission). Hours: 44 hours per week, Monday‑Friday 08:30‑18:00, Saturday 09:00‑17:00 & Sunday 11:00‑15:00. One day off in the week and weekends on rota basis.
Role Overview
We are recruiting an ambitious and experienced Sales Executive to join our hard‑working and friendly team on site, specialising in commercial vehicles.
Responsibilities
* Communicating with customers via email, telephone and in person
* Suggesting suitable vehicles based on customer needs
* Arranging and accompanying customers on test drives
* Negotiating the final price for the sale
* Completing the relevant paperwork for each sale
* Liaising with various departments within the dealership to provide the best service to all our customers
Qualifications
Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, are self‑motivated, and passionate about their work. Previous experience in a similar position and within the motor trade is preferred but not essential, as we are always looking for new/fresh talent. A full UK driving licence is required as you may be expected to drive prestigious cars on the market.
