Specialist Recruiter – Process & Energy – Office Located in Fareham

Blueprint is looking for an experienced recruiter to join our Process & Energy team on a full-time, permanent basis.
This role is primarily focused on candidate sourcing and relationship management.
Requirements:
· UK work eligibility
· Ability to commute to the office full-time, Monday–Friday
· At least 3 years of Recruitment experience

Our Recruiters are dedicated to supplying skilled candidates across all disciplines, including Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Piping, Electrical, Chemical Process and Commercial roles to support the design, construction and commissioning phases of worldwide projects.

· Motivating staring salary (£27,000 - £35,000 depending on experience)

This Role will include:
* Managing and build strong relationships with candidates, understanding their recruitment needs.
* Creating compelling job ads and promote vacancies across platforms such as LinkedIn, to attract diverse candidates.
* Utilise platforms like LinkedIn to source and network with potential candidates, headhunting those who are suitable for client vacancies.
* Negotiating terms and finalise placements, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for clients and candidates.
