South Lanarkshire Leisure and Culture are seeking an experienced Outdoor Instructor to join their Outdoor Learning and Adventure team across South Lanarkshire. The role involves working with social work groups and/or school groups, including individuals with additional support needs. Applicants must have an outdoor-specific 16 Hour Emergency First Aid qualification or equivalent, and at least 3 National Governing Body Awards from the specified list (or recognized equivalent); such as BASI Level 1 ski or snowboard instructor, MT UK Lowland Leader or above, British Canoeing Paddlesports Leader or above, MT UK Climbing Wall instructor or above, or British Cycling Level 2 Mountain Bike Leader. A current driving licence is essential, with a D1 category being desirable.
