DATS Engineering Solutions is looking for a Quality Manager to join a small, hands-on engineering lab supporting sectors like aerospace and construction. As Quality Manager, you’ll manage quality systems, troubleshoot hydraulic and electrical faults, and step in for the Technical Manager when needed.
Key responsibilities as Quality Manager:

Run day-to-day operations and support the Technical Manager
*
Maintain ISO 17025 and other Quality Management Systems as the Quality Manager
*
Conduct internal and external audits, including UKAS inspections
*
Diagnose and repair hydraulic and electrical systems, solving problems across the lab
*
Wear multiple hats in a small, agile team, acting as Quality Manager when required
What we’re looking for in a Quality Manager:

Hands-on technical skills with hydraulic and electrical systems
*
Experience with ASTM / ISO standards
*
Auditing experience (internal or external)
*
Flexible, problem-solving attitude in a small team environment
