The Role This is a fantastic entry-level position for a motivated individual keen to build sales experience. You will begin by supporting business development and account management activities, gradually progressing into a full sales role through ongoing mentoring and industry training. You'll learn how to manage existing customer relationships, contribute to new business generation, and represent the organisation at industry events and networking opportunities. Key Responsibilities Assist with lead generation through research, networking, and digital outreach. Support account managers in nurturing existing client relationships to ensure service satisfaction. Maintain and update CRM systems, prepare quotations, and contribute to proposal development. Participate actively in training programmes to deepen industry understanding and enhance sales skills. Build and maintain a strong LinkedIn presence to engage with industry professionals and contribute to brand visibility. Essential Skills & Experience Genuine interest in developing a career in sales, ideally within technical or industrial sectors. Strong communication skills and a proactive, eager-to-learn mindset. Ability to build rapport and foster relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. Well-organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Competent with basic IT tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); CRM experience is advantageous. A full UK driving licence is preferred, or the willingness to obtain one.
