What you’ll be doing:
* Making outbound calls to potential and existing customers – building relationships and winning people over
* Generating leads and converting them into sales
* Managing customer queries with care and confidence
* Keeping customer records up to date in the CRM system
* Working closely with a supportive sales team to meet and beat targets
What we’re looking for:
* A natural communicator with great people skills
* Previous experience in telesales, customer service or sales
* Confident using CRM systems and sales tools
* Self-motivated, organised, and happy working in a team
