Salary: Up to £33,000 basic | £55,000 OTE

A leading UK housebuilder is recruiting a Sales Executive for their development in Nuneaton. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven sales professional to join a major developer and make a real impact within a growing region.
Key Responsibilities
* Take full ownership of the site, managing presentation and the end-to-end sales process
* Provide a best-in-class customer experience to all purchasers
* Build rapport with prospective buyers and proactively follow up leads
* Work closely with internal teams to meet and exceed sales targets
* Conduct home tours, handovers, and ensure aftercare expectations are met
* Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety standards
Experience Required
* New Homes or property sales experience ideal but not mandatory
* Strong background in customer-facing sales roles
* Highly organised, professional, and driven to achieve targets
* Full UK driving licence and own transport required
