They are currently recruiting for a Site Manager for a new development of 70 timberframe social housing units in Limavady. Packages can vary but the base salary will be between £50-55k Requirements Site Management Safety Pass & 1st Aid Training IT and standard industry software skills Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with all levels of staff and clients Experience of managing and developing a team Experience in apartment block projects Ability to work on own initiative Capable of overseeing £2M worth of work Responsibilities Ensure that project design solutions are delivered to the highest standards and meet programme and budgetary constraints Day to day running of Site Planning resourcing of projects and monitoring against budgets Preparing and monitoring work programmes to deliver projects to deadlines Responsibility for maintaining excellent client relationships Providing leadership and showing ability to develop.
