This boutique HR Consultancy is recruiting for an experienced HR Administrator to join the team with the priority of providing HR administration to outsourced clients as well as assisting Consultants with drafting letters, client notes on CRM, preparing bundles for employment tribunals etc. This role has the potential to be progressive one leading to HR Advisor for the right candidates.
What will this role involve?
1. Carrying out outsourced HR administration services as required e.g. preparing contracts of employment from client templates, change of terms letters, updating employee databases etc.
2. Drafting content for YourHR.space (e.g. employee handbook) using the Practical HR templates and methodology.
3. Building client relationships including carrying out courtesy calls.
4. Assisting consultants with support to Clients (including follow ups, drafting of letters or correspondence, taking messages, monitoring emails and activity).
