We are seeking an experienced and driven Site Manager to lead the delivery of a large-scale, high-quality private housing development. This is a fast-paced role requiring strong leadership, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering homes to the highest standards of quality, safety, and programme. You will play a key role in managing site operations, coordinating trades, and ensuring that each unit is delivered on time and to an exceptional finish. Key Responsibilities * Manage day-to-day site operations on a large residential housing scheme * Lead and motivate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers * Ensure works are delivered to programme, budget, and the highest quality standards * Maintain strict health & safety compliance across site * Coordinate subcontractors and materials to meet build schedules * Carry out quality inspections and snagging to ensure exceptional finishes * Liaise closely with contracts managers, commercial teams, and senior management * Manage handovers and ensure customer satisfaction on completed units * Maintain accurate site records and reports What We’re Looking For * Proven experience as a Site Manager on large-scale private housing developments * Strong track record of delivering fast-paced residential projects to high standards Qualifications (Preferred) * SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid * Relevant residential site management experience * Experience leading sections or phases of large scale residential developments What’s On Offer * Highly competitive salary * Strong package including car allowance / company vehicle * Bonus scheme linked to performance * Pension contribution * Holiday allowance * Long-term work on a flagship development * Opportunity to progress within a growing and reputable business
