About the Role
This role will feel very familiar if you've worked in new build, estate agency or property development sales.
As a Sales Executive, you'll take full ownership of the sales journey on your development(s) from first enquiry through to reservation, legal progression and successful handover. You'll be responsible for:
* Proactively generating and converting leads into reservations and completed sales
* Managing the full sales pipeline and accurately forecasting performance
* Delivering exceptional on-site and appointment-based customer viewings
* Negotiating confidently while maintaining a high-quality customer experience
* Building strong relationships with buyers, solicitors and internal stakeholders
