Part-Time HR Administrator - Tunbridge Wells

Location: Tunbridge Wells
Hours: Part-Time, Monday to Friday (hours flexible)
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £26,000 per annum (pro rata)

About the Role

Our client, a reputable organisation based in Tunbridge Wells, is seeking a reliable and detail-focused Part-Time HR Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills who is looking for a long-term opportunity with a consistent Monday-Friday schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day administrative support across the HR function
Maintain and update employee records and HR systems
Assist with recruitment: posting vacancies, arranging interviews, and completing pre-employment checks
Prepare contracts, offer letters, and onboarding materials
Support HR processes including absence monitoring, payroll data collection, and compliance documents
Manage the HR inbox and respond to routine employee queries
Assist with training, probation, and performance review administration

About You

Previous HR administration experience is desirable; strong admin experience also considered
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Confident using Microsoft Office and HR systems
Professional, discreet, and able to handle confidential information
