This role will include: • Overseeing day to day activity and running of housing developments whilst ensuring company HSE health and safety standards are met • Plan, coordinate and work with internal and external teams and suppliers at all levels. • Responsibility to deliver projects on programme and budget, ensuring quality standards achieved. • Ensure a high standard of customer and home handover journey experience. The successful candidate will: • Be educated to SCQF level 8 or have relevant knowledge and experience. • Qualified to Construction industry standard with SMSTS and CSCS certification • A construction professional who is organised and disciplined. • Excellent communication and project management skills, working on own initiative and as part of wider team. • A team player with experience of leading, managing and motivating construction teams. • Have a working knowledge of Building regulations and H&S standards and the ability to ensure developments are managed in line with Group SHE...
